Store Manager Acne Studio LONDON

Acne is a Swedish fashion brand that designs, markets and distributes high-end denim and fashion. The company was born out of a fusion between fashion and denim and has embraced its heritage in the area ever since inception. Acne is widely recognized as one of the world’s most progressive fashion and lifestyles brands whose direction and products continue to break new ground and markets. Acne’s products are currently sold at more than 600 retailers in 40 countries around the world, and also through own concept stores in Stockholm, Berlin, Hamburg, Oslo, Paris, Sydney, New York and Copenhagen, among others. Acne is managed from a head office in Stockholm, and also has showrooms and sales offices in Paris, Copenhagen, Oslo, London, Amsterdam and NYC. Presently Acne has about 150 employees. Acne is now looking for a new store manager to our new Studio in London.

The Store Manager is responsible for leading the Acne Studio store in all aspects, from sales to profit and the brand building functions of the Acne Studio. Among other things this responsibility includes; sales, customer handling, staff, display, administration and stock takings. The Store Manager is responsible for the sales and the result of the store and reports to the Retail Manager in Stockholm.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Leading the daily work in the store and acting as the manager for the other employees
- Responsible for securing that the store generates sales and provides excellent customer service
- Recruiting suitable store staff and planning the work schedule
- Securing that the store is presentable and has the appropriate stock of merchandise
- Guiding and aiding the customer
- Analysing the sales figures and other key figures and taking the required actions
- Administrative duties such as reporting and communicating with the country office

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Solid management background with at least 2 years of store managing experience for a high end brand.
- Sales driven and results oriented
- Organized and service minded
